"Ancient of Days" CD was a submitted entry for the 2007 Grammy's.

Revonda Roberts and Harvest Wind are a Multi-Dove Award nominated six member bluegrass gospel group.
They received a 2008 SPBGMA nomination for Bluegrass Gospel Group of The Year. Their last cd, 'Ancient of Days'
took the bluegrass gospel genre by storm. It was so well received among gospel and bluegrass radio that songs
continue to remain on many well respected music charts. Their music crossed genre lines, landing on country gospel charts as well as bluegrass and southern gospel charts. This band is known for it's original material and captivating sound.
They won a statewide talent search that earned them an appearance on the legendary 'Carolina Calling Arthur Smith
television program. The show that they were on still appears regularly on television. Additionally, they have been booked at
New York City's Lincoln Center and Silver Dollar City and have played the SPBGMA Bluegrass Awards Show in
Nashville, TN several times. They have played with just about every bluegrass group in the field today. Their music has
often been selected as bluegrass association theme songs and helped to launch radio stations. The band is in such high
demand that they book nearly a year in advance. They also do their part in the community playing for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Hospice and Special Olympics.
They were the highest selling artists with their first record label and when they signed their next recording contract, their
music became international. With no signs of slowing down, this group is preparing to have their fifth album, titled 'Stillwater'
released Spring 2008. 'To order in advance, simply e-mail harvestbg@bellsouth.net for your reserve copy.

Bio's:
Part of the driving force behind this band is Revonda's clear, powerful and
natural bluegrass voice. She delivers a classic bluegrass vocal that compels you
to come forth, sit down and listen. She is known for her smooth, long bow fiddle
playing. Her songwriting and vocal ability is evident and it's clear that both
she and this band are carving out their own place in bluegrass gospel.
Lonnie's approach to the mandolin is tasteful and rhythmic. Every solo is an
original and fits the band's sound without question. He is consistent and you
can always count on him to nail it! He has an ability to pick material that fits
the band. Lonnie also plays other instruments, but the mandolin is his favorite.
His voice rounds out their four-part harmony.
Justin is the band's 17 year old banjo player. He has rock solid timing and
displays talent well beyond his years. Justin is also an accomplished songwriter
in his own right and has written several instrumentals. Don't miss his latest
song titled, "Sunrise On A Sunday Morning" on the band's latest CD. He
is equally proficient on guitar and the band performs several originals that
display his tasteful and innovative lead guitar.
Brandon Rowe
Brandon is the band's banjo player and also plays guitar and sings harmony. He
has played in other groups before joining Harvest Wind and says that he looks
forward to the opportunity that God has given him. With a winning personality,
ambition and drive, Brandon is a true asset to the group.
When
Harvest Wind had an opening for a bass player, they didn't have to look far
to fill the position. Excellent tone and timing on the bass is the
foundation of a big bluegrass sound and Amanda has those qualities. She has
been around bluegrass music all her life going with her dad while he played
churches and festivals all over the United States. "I was my daddy's
shadow, carrying his instruments for him and helping set up the sound and
running sound for him. Not long ago he and my Uncle Jeremy were looking for
a guitar player to play a date they had booked, My dad showed me some
chords and I asked God to bless my talent and I would always play for His
glory, I played that show and have been playing ever since."
James Torrence
James brings over 25 years experience of playing bluegrass gospel music. He
started playing at the age of 13 and gives God all the credit and glory for
his talent. After playing on the road for 13 years and working as a studio
musician, James answered God's call into the ministry. James says, "It is
a pleasure working with the band, to play once again with such talented and
God centered people is such a blessing. I hope that I can compliment an
already awesome ministry
PSALMS 150
Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.
Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.
Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.
Praise him with the timbrels and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.
Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.
Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.
