3-2-2009 Grand Ole Opry star Ernie Ashworth, perhaps best known for his 1963 No. 1 hit, "Talk Back Trembling Lips", has died at the age of 80. Ashworth, who joined the Opry in 1964, was as native of Huntsville, Ala. In 1991, he received the "Living Legend Award" from the Major Independent Record Label Awards Show, and was inducted into the Alabama Music Hall of Fame in 1992.
